Chicken Masala |

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Tomatoes - 200 Gms
Onion - 200 Gms
Ginger & Garlic - 50 Gms Paste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 40 Gms
Salt - to taste |
To grind:
Dry Red Chillies - 4 -5 nos
Javatri -4 nos
Cloves - 2 nos
Bay Leaves - 2 Stick Small in Size
Green Cardamom - 2 nos
Kalpasi (Sea weed) - 1
Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seed - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper corns - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 4 teaspoon |

| How to prepare:

- In a pan, heat oil and add curry leaves to it.
- Then add onion and green chilies.
- When onions are cooked then add ginger and garlic paste to it.
- Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and chicken and then sprinkle water to it.
- Cook until chicken is done.
- Fry the items red chillies, javatri, cloves, bay leaves, green cardamom, kalpasi, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper corns separately and grind them into powder with coriander powder.
- Add the powder to the pan and salt to taste and cook until masala smells.
- Serve hot with rice and chapatti.

Chicken Chops |
Ingredients:
Chicken - 800 grams
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
Green chillies - 8
Chopped ginger and garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 2 medium sized
Butter - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing |

How to prepare: |
- Take a pan and roast green gram dhal until it smells
- Soak rice for 15 min and keep aside
- Dilute 2 cups of milk and add to the rice and dhal mixture
- Transfer contents to a pressure and close and cook for 8 min
- In a pan, add 4 tbsp of ghee and roast cashew nuts. Add kismis and coconut gratings and fry until brown.
- Add the mixture to the rice and then add cardamom, saffron and camphor.
- Serve hot
